The journey into our healing asks us to weave our losses into the fabric of our lives. To do that, we need tools, I am here to help provide you with tools for the healing journey.” Anita Pandolfe Ruchman, RN, MSN, psychotherapist, bereaved parent, retreat facilitator. With wisdom, experience and compassionate support, Anita will guide the group in exploring our grief through music, sacred movement, mindfulness exercises and more.
