Under the guidance of my Buddhist Teachers, I will be in solo retreat from Jan. 15th until March 1st, 2021. During this time, I will be unplugged and out of touch.
Practicing Self-care in Uncertain Times
The difficulties brought on by the pandemic can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, isolation, and depression. I am grateful for the virtual interviews with Heather Atwood from 1623 Studios to talk about the conflicting emotions that can arise as we navigate life during COVID-19.
In these Community Update segments, I offer suggestions to cultivate balance, find purpose, and practice self-care. At the end of the second segment, I share a Loving Kindness Blessing that you can use in moments of struggle or suffering, or as part of your self-care practice, for a peaceful mind and compassionate heart.
