Care of the body is provided through bodywork and energy-work which help release stored tension, pain, and stiffness that accumulates from past experiences and memories. This work can be very invigorating and renewing, as one releases and grounds into the present moment with a fresh awareness of the body.
The third aspect of this holistic model is the care of the spirit. In this aspect of the healing path, Anita works with individuals to help them find their spiritual core. This practice involves the practices of quietude and contemplation, exploring beliefs, feelings and experiences around religious and spiritual aspects of one’s life.
